LIVE! School of Music
In love since 2007. It is my baby. The project has grown so much since I first started designing for it right around the time I graduated from college. The first designs were too much, with tons of different typefaces, neon colors, and squiggle lines all over the place. It looked fun, for sure, but since then, the school has become a fully accredited vocational center and the first to offer qualifications to kids and teens in the Creative Music Industry, so the new look had to match that.
I started by picking out a new color palette of “more subdued” versions of what I had worked with before, simplified the logo, and began working on the website, ideas for merch, and many other moving pieces that constitute a brand.
